The CIVEA Industry Awards are a testament to the hard work, innovation, and dedication of professionals and organizations within the enforcement sector. We are delighted to recognize the top talent that is making a real difference. The awards celebrate excellence across a range of key areas, from groundbreaking Innovation in Enforcement and crucial Vulnerable Support Initiatives to celebrating the Outstanding Enforcement Agents and the next generation of leaders through the Training & Development award.

The CIVEA Awards will also shine a light on outstanding achievements in categories such as Local Authority Partnership and Women in Enforcement. Each award represents our commitment to celebrating excellence, promoting best practices, and acknowledging the dedication of our members.

CIVEA is excited to announce the second enforcement industry awards, which will take place at a gala event at a prestigious Central London venue on the Thursday 23 April 2026. The awards will recognise and celebrate fantastic work in the civil enforcement industry.

The award categories are:

  1. Innovation & Technology in Enforcement
  2. Best Vulnerable Support Initiative
  3. Training and Development initiative
  4. Woman in Enforcement
  5. Local Authority Partnership
  6. Apprentice/ Newcomer of the Year Award
  7. Outstanding back-office employee
  8. Outstanding Enforcement Agent – Exceptional individual performance in the field
  9. Fellowship Award – Executive Council vote only
  10. Team of the Year Award

KEY DATES:

  • Wednesday 12 November 2025 – Submissions open (9 AM)
  • Friday 16 January 2026 – Submissions close (5 PM)
  • Tuesday 17 February 2026 – Long list announcement (TBC)
  • Thursday 23 April 2026 – Winners announced!

ENTRY TERMS:

  • One entry per category per organisation
  • A strict limit of 4,000 characters (Approx 600 words) per entry
  • Submit completed google forms by 5PM, 16 January 2025
  • A follow-up email will confirm receipt

TIPS FOR COMPLETING YOUR ENTRY:
Keep it simple, use plain language. Judges may not be experts in your field. Include key information such as:

  • Who you would like to nominate – their full name and job title – or the team name.
  • The issue/problem?
  • What was required?
  • How it was resolved
  • Why it’s unique or award-worthy
  • Results/outcomes
  • Who benefited?
