CIVEA Excellence Awards 2026

Award Finalists

Join us in celebrating the very best in the enforcement profession. The CIVEA Industry Awards shine a spotlight on the incredible talent, innovation and dedication of those who are raising standards across our industry. We are delighted to announce this year’s finalists and look forward to celebrating their achievements at the awards ceremony.

The CIVEA Industry Awards recognise the hard work, innovation and commitment of professionals and organisations across the enforcement sector. This year’s finalists represent the very best of the industry and demonstrate the positive impact enforcement firms and agents make every day.

The awards celebrate excellence across a range of key areas, from groundbreaking Innovation in Enforcement and vital Vulnerable Support Initiatives, to recognising Outstanding Enforcement Agents and supporting the next generation of leaders through the Training & Development Award.

The CIVEA Awards also shine a light on outstanding achievements in categories such as Local Authority Partnership and Women in Enforcement, reflecting the diverse contributions that drive progress and professionalism across the sector. Each category highlights those who are helping to raise standards, promote best practice and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.

CIVEA is proud to host the second Enforcement Industry Awards, which will take place at a gala event at a prestigious central London venue on Thursday 23 April 2026. The evening will bring together leaders from across the industry to recognise and celebrate the exceptional work taking place within civil enforcement.

Congratulations to the finalists shortlisted in each category below.
